I love to help others find their own powerful healing capabilities. I believe in Ayurveda and its ancient ability to help a person restore harmony by utilizing the elements that the earth provides us. Warm oils and powdered herbs are used in therapies to help reduce stress, aid sleep, balance the skin, ears, eyes, nose (sinuses), hair, mind, body and spirit.

Also providing intra-labor and postpartum Ayurvedic therapies to support Apana Vayu.

I can be hosted at house parties or public speaking events and speak on the important subject of balanced nutrition and how it plays a role on your overall health, well-being, vitality and sports performance.

I love to teach women that it is ok to be both soft and strong. I run a couple self-defense classes a year. Next class is starting up August 2021. Class meets once a week for two hours for 6 weeks. Contact me to register for my upcoming class.

I have worked really hard to prove that nutrition, proper rest and fitness are the key to achieving the goals we seek as athletes. I can help others achieve their athletic goals as I coach them monthly and assign nutrition/fitness plans based on their specific needs. To include attentive nutrition counseling for women in their childbearing years.
