NEWBORN FAMILY LIFESTYLE PORTRAITS- $275 (90 MIN)
When you are ready, you can schedule a lifestyle session with your new baby and family. Capturing candids and some planned poses.

Ayurveda Therapy During Labor
Book me for a 2 hour home visit during early labor and take solace as I aim to calm your nervous system and bring tranquility to your senses while I help balance the Apana Vayu within you.
This downward flow of energy that is directly located in the pelvic cavity and is in charge of childbirth can easily be disturbed with stress and fear; hence the stall or prolongation of labor in some women.
My therapy of warm, herbal oils is drizzled and rubbed into your scalp and skin with soothing, downward strokes to help encourage your Apana Vayu energy flow.
I will set up flickering candles, apply hot towels between contractions and disperse aromas of rose and lavender, which will help to release your anxieties and get you peacefully moving to the next stage of labor.
